THE ORGANIZATION IS COMPROMISED OF VOLUNTEERS THAT ADDRESS FIELD MAINTENANCE, FIELD IMPROVEMENTS, UTILITIES, INSURANCE, EQUIPMENT, UNIFORMS, UMPIRES AND AN ADMINISTRATIVE CLAUSE.
