MISSION:

TO PROVIDE OPPORTUNITY TO THE YOUTH ORGANIZATIONS OF THE COMMUNITY OF GOTHENBURG.

The goal of this organization is to provide opportunities for people of all ages to learn, become competitive in and enjoy the organized recreational activity, sport or game of their choice. These programs may be offered by local clubs devoted to a particular activity or sport; may provide individual or team coaching assistance or instruction, access to equipment and facilities, and uniforms, if necessary; and may sponsor or make arrangements for athletes to participate in amateur competitions, usually at the local or regional level, and provide officials for games. These events are generally for the enjoyment of the athletes and are not at a high enough competitive level to be considered spectator sports.

TO CONDUCT TOURNAMENTS, LEAGUES, AND OTHER PROGRAM TARGET SHOOTING AS AN ATHLETIC SPORT, THE PROMOTION OF SPORTSMANSHIP, SAFE GUN HANDLING AND THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF PUBLIC HEALTH, SAFETY AND WELL BEING THROUGH THE INFORMED AND EDUCATED USE OF FIREARMS.

OUR ORGANIZATION EXISTS TO OPERATE AND PROMOTE, WITHOUT PROFIT, THE INTEREST IN PLANNING, CONSTRUCTION, AND RACING OF SCALE OPEN-WHEELED RACING MACHINES; TO GOVERN TRIALS OF SPEED AND ENDURANCE OF SAID MACHINES AND TO PROMOTE COMPETITION AMONG RACERS, BUILDERS AND OWNERS OF OPEN-WHEELED RACING MACHINES.

THE PEASTER ATHLETIC BOOSTER CLUB CONSISTS OF FANS, PARENTS, AND SUPPORTERS OF PEASTER ATHLETICS, WHO RAISE FUNDS TO ENRICH STUDENT PARTICIPATION IN EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES.

The goal of this organization is to raise and distribute funds for multiple organizations within the Recreation, Sports, Leisure, Athletics major group area.

PROVIDE FACILITES AND COACHING TO TRAIN SWIMMERS OF ALL ABILITIES TO COMPLETE IN VARIOUS LOCAL, REGIONAL, AND NATIONAL SWIMMING MEETS. APPROXIMATELY 250 SWIMMERS

TO PROVIDE SPORTS RELATED PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES FOR SCHOOL-AGED YOUTH AND THEIR FAMILIES TO PROMOTE SOCIAL, MORAL AND PHYSICAL WELL-BEING.

TO OPERATE AND MAINTAIN A SKEET AND TRAP RANGE, OWNED BY BALTIMORE CITY, MD, FOR EDUCATIONAL AND RECREATIONAL PURPOSES AND TO LESSSED THE BURDENS OF GOVERNMENT. BALTIMORE CITY, MD REQUIRED THE RANGE TO BE OPERATED IN A MANNER THAT BENEFITS THE PUBLIC AT LARGE

PROVIDING HOCKEY SPORTING ACTIVITIES FOR CHILDREN AND ADULTS.

The goal of this organization is to sponsor, organize and promote fairs and festivals. Includes collectible/antique fairs, county and state fairs, street fairs, festivals, parades, and other similar activities during religious and patriotic holidays and other special occasions.
