STARMOUNT FOREST COUNTRY CLUB, INC. IS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT SOCIAL ORGANIZATION WHICH PROVIDES RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES FOR THE BENEFIT OF ITS MEMBERS.

THE CLUB PROVIDES ACCOMODATIONS SUCH AS FOOD & BEVERAGE, GOLFING AND YACHTING FACILITIES FOR THE BENEFIT OF ITS MEMBERS.

MISSION:

THE MISSION OF THE COTTONWOOD CLUB IS TO PROVIDE A COST-EFFECTIVE AND PREMIER FAMILY COUNTRY CLUB EXPERIENCE TO OUR MEMBERS AND THEIR GUESTS. THE PRIMARY EMPHASIS OF THE CLUB WILL BE ON TENNIS, DINING AND BANQUET, GOLF, SWIMMING AND FAMILY AND SOCIAL ACTIVITIES. THE CLUB WILL BE "MEMBER-DRIVEN." OUR MEMBERS ARE OUR MOST IMPORTANT RESPONSIBILITY AND WILL BE TREATED WITH THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF RESPECT AND ATTENTION. CLUB OPERATIONS WILL BE FISCALLY SOUND AND THE CLUB WILL PROVIDE VALUE TO OUR MEMBERS.

The goal of this organization is to provide opportunities for people of all ages to learn, become competitive in and enjoy the organized recreational activity, sport or game of their choice. These programs may be offered by local clubs devoted to a particular activity or sport; may provide individual or team coaching assistance or instruction, access to equipment and facilities, and uniforms, if necessary; and may sponsor or make arrangements for athletes to participate in amateur competitions, usually at the local or regional level, and provide officials for games. These events are generally for the enjoyment of the athletes and are not at a high enough competitive level to be considered spectator sports.

TO PROVIDE A CENTER FOR HORSE ACTIVITIES OF ALL KINDS AND TO PROMOTE AND FURNISH FACILITIES FOR SUCH OTHER SPORTS AND SOCIAL ACTIVITIES AS THE MEMBERSHIP MAY DESIRE.

MISSION:

THE POLO TRAINING FOUNDATION'S PURPOSE IS TO ESTABLISH AND ADMINISTER A SERIES OF FUNDS, INCLUDING MEMORIAL, ADVISORY, INTERNATIONAL, ENDOWMENT, INTERCOLLEGIATE/ INTERSCHOLASTIC, AND OTHERS. THESE FUNDS ARE DEDICATED TO SUPPORT POLO IN COLLEGIATE OR SCHOLASTIC SPORTS CURRICULUMS, PROMOTE INTERNATIONAL GOODWILL THROUGH POLO COMPETITION, AND ABOVE ALL, ENCOURAGE DEVELOPMENT AND SPORTSMANSHIP THROUGH TEACHING YOUNG PEOPLE THE PRINCIPLES OF THE GAME OF POLO. SINCE 1967, THE POLO TRAINING FOUNDATION HAS BEEN COMMITTED TO EXCELLENCE IN THE GREAT SPORT OF POLO. THE PTF SUPPORTS POLO TRAINING AT ALL LEVELS BY PROVIDING FUNDS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF CURRENT AND FUTURE GENERATIONS OF PLAYERS AND UMPIRES. THROUGH ITS ACTIVITIES, THE PTF SEEKS TO ENCOURAGE THE HIGHEST STANDARDS OF SPORTSMANSHIP AND TO PROMOTE INTERNATIONAL GOOD WILL THROUGH POLO COMPETITION.
