THE ORGANIZATION WAS FORMED AS A 501(C)(7) NOT FOR PROFIT SOCIAL ENTITY. THE ORGANIZATION IS SUPPORTED BY MEMBERSHIP DUES, AND ALLOWS FOR PERSONAL CONTACT, COMMINGLING AND OTHER FACE TO FACE CONTACT AMONG APPROXIMATELY 400 MEMBERS.
