SWIM AND TENNIS CLUB FOR APPROXIMATELY 300 FAMILIES IN THE BRITTANY AND SILVER LAKE AREA IN THE CITY OF BROOKHAVEN.

Also included are social clubs that provide opportunities for people to meet and socialize with their peers at dances, parties, picnics, barbecues and other companionable events; and special interest clubs which enable people to share hobbies or other interests with individuals with those same interests.

THE ORGANIZATION'S EXEMPT PURPOSE IS FOR THE PLEASURE AND RECREATION OF IT'S MEMBER THROUGH THE OPERATION OF A GOLF COURSE, INCLUDING THE COURSE, GOLF CARTS, CLUBHOUSE, KITCHEN AND LOUNGE
