OPERATE AND MAINTAIN A SPORTING CLUB FOR THE RECREATION AND PLEASURE OF ITS MEMBERS. CLUB MUST MAINTAIN PUBLIC USE REQUIREMENTS ON BEHALF OF FEDERAL ENERGY REGULATORY COMMISSION AND PUBLIC SERVICE COMPANY OF COLORADO. THE CLUB MAINTAINS A COMPREHENSIVE MANAGED RECREATION PLAN AS PART OF ITS LEASE PROVISIONS FOR THE USE OF THE PROPERTY BY MEMBERS AND PUBLIC USE. DUE TO REPAIRS ON THE DAM AND INFLOW PIPE COMPLETED BY PUBLIC SERVICE CO OF CO, THE LAKE HAS BEEN CLOSED TO PUBLIC AND NON-MEMBERS.

MISSION:

FRATERNAL BENEFICIARY SOCIETY OPERATING UNDER THE LODGE SYSTEM TO CREATE A BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF FELLOWSHIP BETWEEN AMERICANS OF ITALIAN EXTRACTION; ADVANCE CIVIC WELFARE; TEACH IDEALS OF CITIZENSHIP; BAND TOGETHER FOR SOCIAL PURPOSES; CREATE SUFFICIENT FUNDS TO ESTABLISH A HOME SITE FOR THE MEETING OF ITS MEMBERS TO CARRY FORTH THE PURPOSE AND IDEOLOGY OF THE CORPORATION; AND TO ASSIST THOSE WHO ARE NEEDY AND IN DISTRESS, BY VOLUNTARY CONTRIBUTIONS.

MISSION:

TO PROVIDE FOR RELIGIOUS OUTREACH AND LOW COST RECREATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES FOR SEAMEN IN THE HOUSTON SHIP CHANNEL, PORT OF HOUSTON REGION. SEVEN FULL TIME CHAPLAINS VISIT SHIPS OVER 200 MILES OF DOCK. CHURCHES AND OTHER COMMUNITY GROUPS DONATE CLOTHING AND READING MATERIAL GIVEN AT NO CHARGE.

TO EMBRACE THE RULES OF GOLF & THE U.S. GOLF ASSOCIATION HANDICAP SYSTEM; TO FOSTER INTEREST AND PROVIDE FACILITIES PRIMARILY FOR THE GAME OF GOLF; TO PROVIDE HIGH QUALITY FACILITIES, PROGRAMS, AND SERVICE TO OUR MEMBERS.

THE HOT SPRINGS COUNTRY CLUB WAS ESTABLISHED IN 1898 AS A SEMI-PRIVATE CLUB OFFERING MEMBERSHIP PRIVILEGES TO THE LOCAL RESIDENTS, AS WELL AS PROVIDING GOLFING OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE OUT-OF-TOWN VISITORS.
