GREEN MEADOW WAS FORMED TO BE A PRIVATE SOCIAL AND RECREATIONAL CLUB FOR ITS MEMBERS AND TO ENCOURAGE AND PROMOTE RECREATION, SOCIAL AMUSEMENT, AND OUTDOOR SPORTS AMONG THE MEMBERS.

TO MAINTAIN A PLACE FOR THE ANCHORAGE AND SAFE KEEPING OF MEMBERS BOATS AND PLACE TO PULL OUT BOATS; TO MAINTAIN A MEETING PLACE FOR MEMBERS MUTUAL SOCIAL AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES, ESPECIALLY SAILING, ROWING, BOAT BUILDING AND AQUATIC SPORTS.

THE HALIFAX RIVER YACHT CLUB IS A CLUB ORGANIZED FOR THE ENCOURAGEMENT OF BOATING AND YACHTING, BOAT AND YACHT BUILDING, THE CULTIVATION OF SEAMANSHIP AND NAVAL SCIENCE AND THE PROMOTION OF SOCIABILITY, ENTERTAINMENT, ENJOYMENT AND BENEVOLENCE AMONG ITS MEMBERS.

NEW CLUB, INC. (DBA COBBLESTONE CREEK COUNTRY CLUB) IS A PRIVATE COUNTRY CLUB LOCATED IN VICTOR, NY CREATED FOR THE RECREATION AND PLEASURE OF ITS MEMBERS, THEIR FAMILIES AND GUESTS. THE CLUB IS LOCATED ON OVER 200 ACRES WITH AN 18 HOLE SCOTTISH LINKS STYLE GOLF COURSE AND A CLUBHOUSE WHICH INCLUDES A FULL FOOD AND BEVERAGE OPERATION. FITNESS, POOL AND TENNIS ACTIVITIES ARE ALSO OFFERED TO MEMBERS AND THEIR FAMILIES.
