THE MINUET CLUB OF MIDLAND IS A SOCIAL ORGANIZATION WHICH NORMALLY PROVIDES THREE EVENTS A YEAR FOR THEIR MEMBERS. THOSE EVENTS ARE THE SPRING DANCE, FALL DANCE, AND PRESENTATION BALL.

CONTINUED ON SCHEDULE O.TO PROMOTE THE ADVANCMENT AND APPLICATION OF KNOWLEDGE FOR THE FUNDAMENTAL NEEDS OF PEOPLE, BOTH PHYSICALLY AND SPIRITUALLY.

THE CONSERVATION AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE NATURAL RESOURCES OF THE STATE, PROTECTION OF ALL WILD LIFE EXCEPT PREDATORS, THE PROPAGATION OF GAME ANIMALS, GAME BIRDS AND FISH. ESTABLISHMENT OF REFUGES AND SHELTERS FOR GAME. ACQUISITION OF LANDS, HABITATS AND WATERS TO PERPETUATE THE PURPOSE HEREIN SET FORTH. ACQUISITION OF LANDS AND GROUNDS FOR INDOOR AND OUTDOOR SPORTS AND RECREATION. EDUCATION ON THE APPRECIATION OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND WILD LIFE. ENCOURAGEMENT OF RESPECT FOR ENFORCEMENT OF GAME AND FISH LAWS. ORGANIZATION AND PROMOTION OF RIFLE TEAMS, TRAP SHOOTING CLUBS AND SIMILAR SPORTS.

PROVIDE ENTERTAINMENT FOR MEMBERS IN THE FORM OF FOOD, DRINK, GOLF, TENNIS AND SWIMMING. ( COUNTRY CLUB)

SOCIAL CLUB FORMED TO GATHER LIKE-MINDED COMMUNITY MEMBERS INTERESTED IN THE BETTERMENT OF HUNTING, FISHING AND APPRECIATION OF THE OUTDOORS AND NATURAL RESOURCES.
