THE PROJECT WAS FORMED TO CONSTRUCT AND OPERATE THEREON AN APARTMENT COMPLEX OF 6 UNITS LOCATED IN CORNING, ARKANSAS. THE PROJECT IS OPERATED UNDER SECTION 811 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT AND REGULATED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVLOPMENT AS TO RENT CHARGES AND OPERATING METHODS.

The goal of this organization is to build, rehabilitate, manage and/or provide rental housing for low-income individuals and families, older adults and people with disabilities; or which make purchasable housing available to low or moderate income families by offering lower priced housing and/or affordable payment plans, by arranging for interest or mortgage subsidies or by involving eventual owners in the construction process (sweat equity).

PARC FOUNDATION WAS FORMED TO ASSIST IN THE RECOVERY FROM DRUG AND ALCOHOL ADDICTION BYPROVIDING HOMES FOR INDIVIDUALS WHILE RECOVERING FROM DRUG AND ALCOHOL ADDICTION. RESIDENTSWILL HOLD JOBS AND BE REQUIRED TO ASSIST PAYING THE OPERATING COSTS FOR THE HOMES.
