THE COMPANY IS THE OWNER OF THE HOUSING FACILITY LOCATED AT 2386 RYER AVENUE, BRONX, NEW YORK, KNOWN AS THE SAN MIGUEL RESIDENCE (THE "PROJECT"). THE SOLE MEMBER OF THE COMPANY IS RYER AVENUE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT FUND CORPORATION.
