THE ORGANIZATION HAS ENTERED INTO THE STANDARD FHA REGULATORY AGREEMENTS, WHICH GOVERN THE OPERATION OF THE COMMUNITY, WITH THE FEDERAL HOUSING ADMINISTRATION SECTION OF HUD. A HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS AGREEMENT (HAP CONTRACT) WITH HUD PROVIDES RENT ASSISTANCE AS PROVIDED BY SECTION 8 PROGRAM OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT.

The goal of this organization is to develop, rehabilitate, manage and/or provide rental housing that is available to people who qualify on the basis of income, age or disability for publicly subsidized housing e.g., HUD housing or housing assistance under Section 8 of the Housing and Urban Development Act.
