DELA VINA'S MISSION IS TO PROVIDE AFFORDABLE VERY LOW-INCOME PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING IN THE COMMUNITY, AND MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS WITH A SERIOUS AND LONG TERM PSYCHIATRIC DISABILITY.
