THE ORGANIZATION SEEKS TO TO PROVIDE HOUSING AND RELATED ACCESSORY FACILITIES TO LOW AND MODERATE INCOME PERSONS, ELDERLY PERSONS AND HANDICAPPED PERSONS IN NEED.

MISSION:

TO UNITE LOCAL BOARDS OF REALTORS, HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS BOARDS AND THEIR MEMBERS, AND INDIVIDUAL MEMBERS, IN THE STATE OF WISCONSIN FOR THE PURPOSE OF SERVING ITS MEMBERS AND THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS IN CONJUNCTION WITH LOCAL BOARDS OF REALTORS BY FURNISHING PROGRAMS AND SERVICES THAT PROMOTE AN ENVIRONMENT IN WHICH ITS MEMBERS MAY SUCCESSFULLY CONDUCT THEIR INDIVIDUAL BUSINESSES WHILE SERVING THEIR CLIENTS AND THE PUBLIC WITH THE HIGHEST DEGREE OF PROFESSIONALISM; AND THROUGH COOPERATIVE ACTION, PRESERVE AND ENHANCE THE RIGHT TO OWN, TRANSFER AND USE REAL PROPERTY.

TO PRESERVE, CONSTRUCT, AND REHABILITATE HOUSING UNITS IN LINCOLN COUNTY, OREGON TO PROVIDE RENTAL AND HOME OWNERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES FOR THOSE WHO CAN NOT AFFORD MARKET RATE HOUSING

MISSION:

FIRST STORY PROVIDES QUALITY AFFORDABLE HOUSING THROUGH A 30-YEAR, ZERO-INTEREST AND ZERO-DOWN HOME LOAN TO LOWER-INCOME FAMILIES (DEFINED AS BELOW 80% OF AREA MEDIAN INCOME). IN ADDITION, FIRST STORY PROVIDES FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO LOW-INCOME INDIVIDUALS, PERSONS IN NEED AND AT-RISK YOUTH AND FUNDING FOR HOUSING/SHELTER SERVICES, HUNGER RELIEF, EMERGENCY AID, AND/OR SUPPORT TO OTHER ORGANIZATIONS ALIGNED WITH THE CORPORATIONS MISSION.

MISSION:

HOUSE OF FREEDOM'S MISSION IS TO HELP SUPPORT THE WORK OF THE HELPING UP MISSION BY PROVIDING A VARIETY OF SERVICES TO THE HOMELESS.

MISSION:

JEWISH HOME LIFECARE, UNIVERSITY AVENUE ASSISTED LIVING, INC, WAS FORMED FOR THE PURPOSE OF OPERATION OF A MEDICAID ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY ON THE BRONX CAMPUS UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF THE NEW YORK STATE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH THE BUILDING WAS COMPLETED AND RESIDENTS BEGAN TO MOVE-IN IN 2014.

CARITAS PROVIDES EMERGENCY SHELTER, RECOVERY SERVICES, AND HOUSING RESOURCES TO THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE EACH YEAR.
