TO OPERATE A 14-UNIT APARTMENT COMPLEX TO PROVIDE HOUSING TO LOW-INCOME PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES.

TO CONSTRUCT, OPERATE, ADMINISTER, AND MANAGE HOUSING FOR DISABLED PERSONS.

TO PROVIDE ACCESSIBLE HOUSING FOR ADULTS WITH DISABILITIES AND SENIORS. ALSO TO PROVIDE SUPPORTIVE CARE SERVICES FOR ADULTS WITH TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY AND MOBILITY IMPAIRMENT.

TO PROVIDE LOW-INCOME HOUSING FOR DUAL-DIAGNOSIS, CHRONICALLY MENTALLY ILL INDIVIDUALS
