THE PROJECT OPERATES UNDER SECTION 223(A)(7) OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT AS AMENDED. THE CORPORATION HAS ENTERED INTO THE STANDARD FHA REGULATORY AGREEMENT GOVERNING THE OPERATION OF THE PROJECT WITH THE FEDERAL HOUSING ADMINISTRATION SECTION OF HUD. CAUSA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT, INC. HAS ALSO ENTERED INTO A HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS CONTRACT.
