The goal of this organization is to develop, rehabilitate, manage and/or provide rental housing that is available to people who qualify on the basis of income, age or disability for publicly subsidized housing e.g., HUD housing or housing assistance under Section 8 of the Housing and Urban Development Act.

O) PROVIDING HOUSING FOR RETIRED MEMBERS AND SURVIVING SPOUSES OF THE FRATERNAL ORDER OF EAGLES TO PRESERVE THE FINANCIAL SECURITY AND PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF THE RESIDENTS. EAGLE VILLAGE SHALL HAVE AN ESTABLISHED POLICY OF MAINTAINING RESIDENTS WHO BECOME UNABLE TO PAY, THEREBY LESSENING THE BURDENS OF GOVERNMENT. THIS CORPORATION MAY ALSO ENGAGE IN OTHER CHARITABLE, EDUCATIONAL AND SCIENTIFIC ACTIVITIES DEFINED IN SECTION 501(C)(3), INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE CODE OF 1954 AS AMENDED.

HABITAT FOR HUMANITY IS A ECUMENICAL CHRISTIAN HOUSING MINISTRY DEDICATED TO ELIMINATING SUBSTANDARD HOUSING AND HOMELESSNESS WORLDWIDE AND TO MAKING ADEQUATE, AFFORDABLE SHELTER A MATTER OF CONSCIENCE AND ACTION.

LINCOLN VILLAS NORTH PROVIDES LOW INCOME HOUSING THROUGH HUD FOR SENIORS. LINCOLN VILLAS NORTH HAS ONE BUILDING WITH 74 ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT UNITS AND INCLUDES A SENIOR LUNCH PROGRAM.

TO PROVIDES PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING TO HOMELESS, LOW-INCOME NEW YORKERS LIVING WITH HIV/AIDS.
