MISSION:

The goal of this organization is to build, rehabilitate, manage and/or provide rental housing for low-income individuals and families, older adults and people with disabilities; or which make purchasable housing available to low or moderate income families by offering lower priced housing and/or affordable payment plans, by arranging for interest or mortgage subsidies or by involving eventual owners in the construction process (sweat equity).

MISSION:

MCH EMPOWERS INDIVIDUALS, PRIMARILY OLDER ADULTS AND PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES, TO MAINTAIN INDEPENDENT, ACTIVE LIVES BY PROVIDING THEM ACCESS TO HOUSING, MEALS ON WHEELS AND SUPPORT SERVICES.SINCE 1969 MCH'S PROGRAMS HAVE BEEN PROVIDING A CRITICAL SAFETY NET FOR SOME OF THE COMMUNITIES MOST VULNERABLE RESIDENTS.MCH IS A DEDICATED TEAM OF SERVICE PROFESSIONALS, DRIVERS, NUTRITIONISTS, COOKS, VOLUNTEERS, COMMUNITY PARTNERS AND DONORS COMITTED TO HELPING OLDER ADULTS AND INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES MAINTAIN THEIR INDEPENDENCE FOR AS LONG AS POSSIBLE.

ORGANIZED TO OWN, REHABILITATE, AND OPERATE AN 18-UNIT HOUSING PROJECT PROVIDING PERMANENT HOUSING TO LOW-INCOME INDIVIDUALS.

THE HAVEN OF REST RESCUE MISSION IS COMMITTED TO PROVIDING TEMPORARY HOUSING AND FOOD TO THE HOMELESS AND ASSISTING THOSE FACING FOOD INSECURITY, WHILE HELPING TO PROVIDE THESE PERSONS WITH THE SPIRITUAL AND PHYSICAL MEANS TO ESCAPE POVERTY AND/OR ADDICTION.

THE CORPORATION WAS FORMED FOR THE PURPOSE OF OPERATING A 63 UNIT COMMUNITY KNOWN AS DEACONESS PERRY CENTER LOCATED IN NORTH ROYALTON, OHIO, WHICH PROVIDES HOUSING FOR LOW INCOME ELDERLY PERSONS PURSUANT TO SECTION 202 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT, AS AMENDED.
