MISSION:

PROVIDE 48 UNITS OF SUBSIDIZED, LOW INCOME HOUSING FOR SENIOR CITIZENS AND FAMILIES. TWENTY-NINE (29) OF ITS TENANTS ARE A PART OF THE ENRICHED HOUSING PROGRAM. THIS PROGRAM PROVIDES APARTMENT-BASED LIFESTYLE FOR FRAIL AND HANDICAPPED SENIORS, COMPLETE WITH THE SPECIALIZED SERVICES THAT MANY REQUIRE.

MISSION:

HABITAT FOR HUMANITY LAS VEGAS, INC. (HABITAT) A NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATION LOCATED IN LAS VEGAS, NEVADA WAS ESTABLISHED IN 1990. HABITAT'S PURPOSE IS TO BUILD LOW COST HOUSES WITH THE HELP OF THE HOMEOWNER FAMILIES, WHICH ARE TRANSFERRED TO THE FAMILIES AT NO PROFIT AND FINANCED BY HABITAT WITH AFFORDABLE, NO-INTEREST LOANS.

TO PROVIDE HEALING AND RESTORATION THROUGH GOD'S LOVE AND GRACE FOR CHILDREN WHO HAVE BEEN ABUSED, ABANDONED OR NEGLECTED.

The goal of this organization is to develop, rehabilitate, manage and/or provide rental housing that is available to people who qualify on the basis of income, age or disability for publicly subsidized housing e.g., HUD housing or housing assistance under Section 8 of the Housing and Urban Development Act.

THE ORGANIZATION WAS ORGANIZED SOLELY AND SPECIFICALLY TO DEVELOP, OWN AND OPERATE A LOW INCOMEHOUSING PROJECT ON A NON-PROFIT BASIS PURSUANT TO SECTION 202 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT, SAID PROJECT KNOWN AS EIGHTY PARRISH STREET APARTMENTS AND LOCATED AT 80 PARRISH STREET, CANANDAIGUA, NEW YORK.

HENRY PHIPPS PLAZA NORTH HOUSING DEVELOPMENT FUND CORPORATION WAS FORMED IN 2008 TO PROVIDE HOUSING TO LOW AND MODERATE INCOME RESIDENTS OF NEW YORK CITY.

TO PROMOTE RECREATION, HEALTH, SAFETY AND WELFARE OF THE RESIDENTS THROUGH OWNERSHIP, IMPROVEMENTS, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF COMMON AREAS AND FACILITIES.
