PROVIDE ASSISTANCE THROUGH THOSE IN NEED THROUGH SERVICES THAT INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: TRANSITIONAL HOUSING, ASSISTANCE TO VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE STRUGGLING FINANCIALLY AND UNABLE TO PROVIDE ESSENTIALS FOR THEMSELVES AND/OR THEIR FAMILIES.

WITHERSPOON COURT, INC.IS A NON-PROFIT PUBLIC BENEFIT CORPORATION FORMED TO DEVELOP LOW-INCOME RENTAL APARTMENTS IN COTTAGE GROVE, OREGON. CONSTRUCTION OF WITHERSPOON COURT APARTMENTS, A 20-UNIT AFFORDABLE HOUSING COMPLEX, WAS COMPLETED IN 1997 AND HAS BEEN FULLY OCCUPIED BY QUALIFIED RESIDENTS SINCE COMPLETION. WITHERSPOON COURT, INC IS THE 100% OWNER OF 1390 PENNOYER AVENUE LLC WHICH OWNS AND OPERATES THE RENTAL APARTMENTS.
