OUR APPROXIMATELY 200 VOLUNTEERS DELIVER THE MEALS, CONSISTING OF A HOT AND A COLD MEAL WITH A CHOICE OF MILK AND JUICE OR JUICE ONLY, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY. WE USE A NUTRITIOUS AND VARIED MENU. THE AMOUNTS OF SODIUM AND CARBOHYDRATES PER DAY ARE AVERGAGES, NOT EXACT AMOUNTS FOR EVERY MEAL, BASED ON THE RECOMMENDED DAILY ALLOWANCES OF 2,300 OR LESS MILLIGRAMS COMBINED.
