JOB TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR LOW/NO INCOME INDIVIDUALS TO GAIN JOB SKILLS FOR WORK IN THE RESTAURANT INDUSTRY. THE BISTRO WILL ONLY HAVE TWO PAID STAFF, A FRONT MANAGER AND A CHEF. THE REMAINDER OF THE POSITIONS WILL BE FILLED BY VOLUNTEER STAFF.
