C.O.P.S. OFFERS TRAINING AND ASSISTANCE TO LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES NATIONWIDE ON HOW TO RESPOND TO THE TRAGIC LOSS OF A MEMBER OF THE LAW ENFORCEMENT PROFESSION.
