THE CORPORATIONS MISSION IS TO ESTABLISH A FORUM FOR PERSONS MOST FAMILIAR WITH THE PROBLEMS OF LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT TO DEVELOP PROGRAMS THAT WILL RESULT IN MORE EFFICIENT AND EFFECTIVE CRIMINAL JUSTICE OPERATIONS IN THE CENTRAL LOUISIANA AREA.

Also included are organizations that preserve and manage coastal lands including shorelines, coastal waters and lands extending inland from the shore which affect coastal waters; bays, lakes, rivers, wetlands, estuaries, watersheds and other aquatic habitats.

RESTORATION OF BANKS AND REDUCTION OF EROSION, MAINTAINING FLOW, AND IMPROVING WATER QUALITY IN COLD CREEK FOR THE BENEFIT OF WILDLIFE AND HUNDREDS OF FISHERMAN ALONG WITH ENVIRONMENTAL CONSERVATION AND HISTORIC PRESERVATION.
