THE MISSION OF THIS ORGANIZATION IS TO PROVIDE LOCAL LEADERSHIP AND THE FRAMEWORK REQUIRED TO DEVELOP AND CARRY OUT A PLAN OF ACTION FOR THE CONSERVATION, DEVELOPMENT AND WISE USE OF RESOURCES IN THE AREA.

THE PUBLIC TRUST USES THE LAW TO PROTECT THE CONSERVATION LANDS WATERS WILDLIFE AND OTHER IMPERILED NATURAL RESOURCES OF NORTHEAST FLORIDA AND PROMOTES GOOD ENVIRONMENTAL CONSERVATION PRACTICES AND POLICY THROUGH PUBLIC EDUCATION AND ADVOCACY.

THE CORPORATION WAS ESTABLISHED TO COMBAT THE PROBLEM OF VACANT AND ABANDONED PROPERTIES IN CHEMUNG COUNTY AND THE CITY OF ELMIRA AND FACILITATE THE RETURN OF VACANT, ABANDONED AND TAX-DELINQUENT PROPERTIES TO PRODUCTIVE USE.

MALAMA O PUNA IS A HAWAI'I NON-PROFIT CORPORATION AND 501(C)(3) VOLUNTEER SERVICE ORGANIZATION WHICH FOCUSES ON THE ENVIRONMENT. OUR MISSION IS TO ASSURE CRITICAL HABITAT FOR NATIVE SPECIES AND OPEN SPACE FOR FUTURE GENERATIONS THROUGH ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION, HANDS-ON PROJECTS, ADVOCACY, WATCH-DOGGING AND LAND TRUSTING

SUPPORTING THE WORK OF AND ADVOCATING ON BEHALF OF ALL COUNTY LAND REUTILIZATION CORPORATIONS, COMMONLY KNOWN AS LAND BANKS, ACROSS OHIO. WITH 61 OF OHIOS 88 COUNTIES HAVING LAND BANKS, A CLEAR NEED HAS EMERGED FOR A STATEWIDE ASSOCIATION TO PROVIDE A COLLECTIVE, UNIFIED VOICE.
