THE ORGANIZATION WAS FORMED TO HOLD AND OPERATE THE "WESTPORT HEADLANDS", A PIECE OF COASTAL PROPERTY CENTRALLY LOCATED IN THE VILLAGE OF WESTPORT, A SMALL COMMUNITY OF LESS THAN 500 ON THE NORTHERN CALIFORNIA COAST. THE PROPERTY IS SUBJECT TO WRITTEN EASEMENT CONDITIONS ESTABLISHED BY THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA AS A CONDITION OF THE PROPERTY'S AQUISITION. THE PROPERTY IS TO REMAIN OPEN SPACE AND OPEN TO PUBLIC USE.
