FOR EACH APPROVED GRANT TO A NON-501(C)(3)ORGANIZATION, THE ASSOCIATION WILL ENTER INTO A WRITTEN GRANT AGREEMENT LIMITING THE GRANTEE'S USE OF THE GRANTFUNDS FOR THE SPECIFIC PROJECT, REQUIRING THE GRANTEE TO SUBMIT PERIODIC NARRATIVE AND FINANCIAL REPORTS, AS WELLAS TO RETURN OF ANY UNEXPENDED GRANT FUNDS, AND PERMITTING THE ASSOCIATION TO SUSPEND AND/OR RECOVER GRANTPAYMENTS IN THE CASE OF ANY APPARENT MISUSE.
