THE FUNDS DISTRIBUTEDARE USED TO SUPPORT THE EDUCATIONAL AND CULTURAL ACTIVITIES OF THEARTS CENTER. KEYBANK MAINTAINS A RESPONSIVENESS TO THE NEEDS ANDACTIVITIES OF THE ARTS CENTER IN THE ATTAINMENT OF ITS MISSION .THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, REPRESENTING THE ARTS CENTER, MAINTAINSLEGAL POWERS TO REMOVE KEYBANK AS TRUSTEE, TO AMEND THE TRUSTDOCUMENT, TO APPOINT CO-TRUSTEES OR COMMITTEE MEMBERS AND THEAUTHORITY TO WITHDRAW TRUST PRINCIPAL.

THE ORG PROVIDES AID AND OTHER SUPPORT TO NEEDY, UNDERPRIVILEGED INDIVIDUALS WHO ONCE HAD CAREERS IN THE MUSIC INDUSTRY AND HAVE FALLEN ON HARD TIMES OR WHO HAVE PROVEN A LONG TERM COMMITMENT TO PROMOTE SOCIAL WELFARE BUT ARE NOW IN FINANCIAL NEED AND DISTRESS OR ARE IN EMERGENCY MEDICAL NEED.
