THIS RESEARCH COVERED VOTER ACCESS TO THE BALLOT, EARLY VOTING, ABSENTEE VOTING, IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS, VOTING CENTERS, HOURS AND LOCATIONS. RESEARCH ON REDISTRICTING LAWS AND OPPORTUNITIES IN KEY COUNTIES WAS ALSO CONDUCTED.
