IT IS DESIGNED TO PREPARE AND SUPPORT COACHES WHO PROVIDE ONGOING AND CONSISTENT JOB-EMBEDDED PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT FOR TEACHERS BY BUILDING THEIR INSTRUCTIONAL PRACTICE AND PEDAGOGICAL SKILLS.

THE TPIIC ORGANIZATION PREPARES PROGRAMS OF STUDY, WORKSHOPS, VIRTUAL CONFERENCES, AND EDUCATIONAL CONFERENCES FOR TEACHERS, ADMINISTRATORS, OTHER SCHOOL STAFF, AND OTHER EDUCATIONAL ENTITIES. THE PROGRAM IS A MULTI-LEVEL SYSTEM OF EDUCATOR-CENTERED INSTRUCTIONAL COACHING THAT BUILDS TEACHER CAPACITY, INCREASES STUDENT ENGAGEMENT, AND IMPROVES STUDENT AND TEACHER OUTCOMES IN A NON-EVALUATIVE, CONFIDENTIAL ENVIRONMENT.
