HIV PREVENTION - METRO PROVIDES TARGETED HIV & HCV TESTING AND OUTREACH TO THE COMMUNITY, PROVIDING RISK REDUCTION COUNSELING AND HEALTH EDUCATION AS WELL AS PROMOTION AND RECRUITMENT INTO EVIDENCED BASED INTERVENTIONS FOR THE PREVENTION OF HIV AND SUBSTANCE USE.


HIV POSITIVE PROGRAMS - METROS HIV MEDICAL HOME MODEL ENCOMPASSES FULLY INTEGRATED, COMPREHENSIVE SERVICES FOR THOSE LIVING WITH HIV INCLUDING HIV CARE COORDINATION, MEDICAL AND BEHAVIORAL HEALTHCARE AND A HOST OF SUPPORTIVE WRAPAROUND SERVICES FOCUSED ON ENGAGING AND RETAINING CLIENTS TO PROMOTE POSITIVE HEALTH OUTCOMES AND OVERALL WELL-BEING.
