THE ORGANIZATION'S PRIMARY EXEMPT PURPOSE IS TO ENHANCE JEWISH LIFE FOR COLLEGE AND UNIVERSITY COMMUNITIES IN NORTH AMERICA AND THROUGHOUT THE WORLD.

ISRAEL IMMERSIVE (BIRTHRIGHT) BIRTHRIGHT ISRAEL SEEKS TO ENSURE THAT EVERY ELIGIBLE YOUNG JEWISH ADULT AROUND THE WORLD, ESPECIALLY THE LESS CONNECTED, IS GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO VISIT ISRAEL ON THIS EDUCATIONAL JOURNEY. BIRTHRIGHT ISRAEL PROGRAM AIMS TO GIVE THE GIFT OF AN EDUCATIONAL TRIP TO ISRAEL TO 50,000 YOUNG JEWISH ADULTS EACH YEAR. HILLEL INTERNATIONAL IS A TRIP ORGANIZER AND MAJOR PROVIDER OF THESE TRIPS THROUGH ITS CAMPUS CONNECTIONS AND RECRUITMENT EFFORTS.


TALENT GRANTS PROVIDE LOCAL HILLELS WITH CAMPUS SUPPORT DIRECTORS, AS WELL AS RESOURCES TO RECRUIT, RETAIN AND TRAIN TOP TALENT.TALENT GRANTS HAVE INFUSED THE MOVEMENT WITH FUNDS IN TALENT INVESTMENTS, DISTRIBUTED ACROSS 400 GRANTS, TRAINING PROGRAMS, SCHOLARSHIPS, AND CONFERENCE SUBSIDIES, IMPACTING OVER 160 LOCAL HILLELS.


INTERNATIONAL SIMILAR TO THE U.S. HILLEL HAS AFFILIATES ACROSS THE GLOBE INCLUDING EUROPE, SOUTH AMERICA, AND RUSSIA. HILLEL FUNDRAISES ON BEHALF OF THESE ORGANIZATIONS THROUGH US BASED DONORS AND FOUNDATIONS AS WELL FOUNDATIONS AND DONORS INTERNATIONALLY.
