THE FOUNDATION'S PURPOSE IS TO SOLICIT, RECEIVE, INVEST AND DISTRIBUTE GENERAL AND SPECIFIC, RESTRICTED AND UNRESTRICTED GIFTS FOR THE BENEFIT AND SUPPORT OF CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL & MEDICAL CENTER. GRANTS ARE APPROVED BY THE FOUNDATION'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS FOR THE BENEFIT OF CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL & MEDICAL CENTER AND AFFILIATES.
