THE ORGANIZATION'S STAFF ARE INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE OVERCOME THE CHALLENGES AND STIGMA OF REENTERING SOCIETY AND THE WORKFORCE, AND ARE UNIQUELY SKILLED AND SUITED AS ROLE MODELS AND SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR OTHER EX-OFFENDERS AND HIGH-RISK YOUNG MEN AND WOMEN.
