MERCY HEALTH FOUNDATION OKLAHOMA IS ORGANIZED AND OPERATED FOR THE BENEFIT OF MERCY HOSPITAL LOGAN COUNTY (THE SUPPORTED ORGANIZATION), AN ORGANIZATION THAT IS ORGANIZED AND OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE, EDUCATIONAL, RELIGIOUS, AND SCIENTIFIC PURPOSES WITHIN THE MEANING OF HEALTH AND PREVENTION OF DISEASE.DONATIONS ARE MADE TO MERCY HEALTH FOUNDATION OKLAHOMA TO SUPPORT THE PROVISION OF CHARITY CARE TO PATIENTS OF MERCY HOSPITAL LOGAN COUNTY, CAPITAL NEEDS AND PROGRAMS IDENTIFIED TO BENEFIT PATIENTS CARED FOR AT MERCY HOSPITAL LOGAN COUNTY.
