THE SIGN IS MEANT TO DRAW AWARENESS TO THE PUBLICS ATTITUDE TOWARD MENTAL ILLNESS AND THE OPPORTUNITIES THAT AWAIT THOSE WHO ARE SILENTLY SUFFERING FROM A PSYCHIATRIC DISABILITY.
