THE ORGANIZATION EMPOWERS RESIDENTS TO ACHIEVE AND SUSTAIN HOMEOWNERSHIP AND FINANCIAL SUCCESS

THE AGENCY PROVIDES GRANT FUNDING FOR HOMEOWNERS EXPERIENCING A FINANCIAL HARDSHIP DUE TO COVID-19. APPLICATIONS ARE APPROVED BASED ON PROGRAM GUIDELINES. GRANT FUNDS ARE PROVIDED FOR ELIGIBLE HOUSEHOLDS AND PAID DIRECTLY TO THE MORTGAGE COMPANY TO BRING MORTGAGE, PROPERTY TAXES AND UTILITIES CURRENT.


THE AGENCY PROVIDES CREDIT COUNSELING TO HELP CLIENTS UNDERSTAND CREDIT AND MONEY MANAGEMENT. SERVICES INCLUDE EDUCATION AND GUIDANCE TO ACHIEVE FINANCIAL GOALS. DEBT MANAGEMENT PLANS ARE OFFERED TO CLIENTS WHO ARE ELIGIBLE AND ELECT SERVICES TO ASSIST IN UNSECURED DEBT REPAYMENT.


THE AGENCY PROVIDES HOUSING AND FINANCIAL COUNSELING AND DOWN PAYMENT ASSISTANCE. HOUSING COUNSELING INCLUDES EDUCATION AND GUIDANCE ABOUT THE HOME PURCHASE PROCESS, PREPARATION FOR MORTGAGE QUALIFICATION, FINANCIAL LITERACY, AND RESOURCES TO SUPPORT SUSTAINABLE HOMEOWNERSHIP. THE AGENCY PROVIDES SERVICES TO EXISTING HOMEOWNERS EXPERIENCING MORTGAGE DIFFICULTY, INCLUDING EDUCATION AND GUIDANCE REGARDING OPTIONS TO AVOID FORECLOSURE, FACILITATING PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS WITH LENDERS, EXPLORING ALTERNATIVE FINANCING, AND LONG-TERM GOALS FOR SUSTAINABILITY. THE AGENCY PROVIDES FINANCIAL WELLNESS AND CREDIT COUNSELING. CREDIT COUNSELING INVOLVES UNDERSTANDING CREDIT AND MONEY MANAGEMENT.THE AGENCY PROVIDES DOWN PAYMENT ASSISTANCE TO LOW-MODERATE INCOME HOMEBUYERS TO IMPROVE THEIR ABILITY TO SUCCESSFULLY PURCHASE A HOME AND SECURE FAVORABLE MORTGAGE FINANCING THAT MEETS THEIR NEEDS.
