MY CHOICE WISCONSIN HEALTH PLAN, INC (MCWHP) OFFERS THE PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM, WHICH PROVIDES HEALTH AND LONG-TERM MANAGEMENT AND CARE SERVICES TO THE ELDERLY AND ADULTS WITH DISABILITIES. MCWHP'S PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM HAD 1,654 MEMBERS AT THE END OF 2021.
MY CHOICE WISCONSIN HEALTH PLAN, INC OFFERS THE MEDICAID BADGERCARE PLUS PROGRAM, A HEALTH INSURANCE PROGRAM FOR PARENTS/CARETAKERS OF DEPENDENT CHILDREN, PREGNANT WOMEN, WISCONSIN CHILDREN, AND CHILDLESS ADULTS THAT MEET CERTAIN INCOME REQUIREMENTS.
