EXPENSES INCURRED IN FUNCTIONING AS AN INNOVATIVE HEALTH SCIENCES UNIVERSITY THAT CONDUCTS RESEARCH AND OFFERS UNDERGRADUATE AND GRADUATE INSTRUCTION THROUGH THE SIDNEY KIMMEL MEDICAL COLLEGE AT THOMAS JEFFERSON UNIVERSITY, AS WELL AS, THE JEFFERSON COLLEGES OF NURSING, PHARMACY, HEALTH PROFESSIONS, POPULATION HEALTH, REHABILITATION SCIENCES AND LIFE SCIENCES.
