THE LAND TRUST ACQUIRED LAND AND RECEIVED CONSERVATION EASEMENTS TO PERMANENTLY PROTECT AND PRESERVE BIOLOGICAL DIVERSITY, SCENIC LANDSCAPES, AND FOREST, FARM, AND WATER RESOURCES, AND TO PROVIDE THE PUBLIC WITH OUTDOOR RECREATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES.


THE LAND TRUST CONTINUED TO ACT AS A STEWARD OVER THE LAND AND EASEMENTS FOR WHICH IT IS RESPONSIBLE.


THE LAND TRUST PUBLISHED NEWSLETTERS, MAINTAINED A WEBSITE, AND GAVE EDUCATIONAL PRESENTATIONS TO INCREASE PUBLIC AWARENESS AND UNDERSTANDING OF THE IMPORTANCE OF LAND CONSERVATION.
