THE ORGANIZATION OWNS AND OPERATES STEVENS-HENAGER COLLEGE, COLLEGEAMERICA ARIZONA, COLLEGEAMERICA DENVER, CALIFORNIA COLLEGE SAN DIEGO, INDEPENDENCE UNIVERSITY, (THE COLLEGES) AS NONPROFIT COLLEGES ORGANIZED AND OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES.
