WSHS PROVIDES FREE MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE TO RESIDENTS OF WATER STREET MISSION AND COMMUNITY MEMBERS, INCLUDING ACCESS TO MEDICATION. ADDITIONALLY WE PROVIDE ACCESS TO SOCIAL SERVICES AND COORDINATE WITH COMMUNITY AGENCIES FOR BEHAVIORAL/MENTAL HEALTH AND ADDICTION ASSESSMENT AND TREATMENT.
