CHARLOTTE CITY MARKET SUPPORTS A YEAR-ROUND FACILITY. THAT SERVES AS A CENTER FOR NEW FOOD AND RETAIL BUSINESS INCUBATION, ECONOMIC MOBILITY THROUGH ENTREPRENEURSHIP, COMMUNITY WELLNESS AND PUBLIC EDUCATION.
