THE OWNER AND FAMILIES ARE ALSO REQUIRED TO COMPLETE CERTAIN HOMEOWNERSHIP READINESS CLASSES BEFORE PURCHASING THEIR HABITAT HOMES, AS THE MORTGAGE HOLDER HABITAT OF NORTH CENTRAL MASSACHUSETTS IS ABLE TO PROVIDE A 0% INTEREST MORTGAGE LOAN.
