The goal of this organization is to make available to members and their guests and facilities for recreational activities, sports and games. Also included are social clubs that provide opportunities for people to meet and socialize with their peers at dances, parties, picnics, barbecues and other companionable events; and special interest clubs which enable people to share hobbies or other interests with individuals with those same interests.

OVERVIEW OF THE MIHO BELMONT INTERNATIONAL MIHO BELMONT INTERNATIONAL (MBI) IS A CULTURAL AND EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION, INSPIRED BY JAPANESE CULTURAL VALUES, BASED IN BELMONT, MASSACHUSETTS. MBI WILL OFFER PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES TO ENHANCE THE UNDERSTANDING OF JAPANESE ART

These are the most common type of private foundation. They are generally endowed, usually from a single individual or family. Private foundations are considered family foundations if relatives or the original donor are still active on the board of trustees or in the operation of the foundation.

THE WELLESLEY MEDIA CORPORATION IS AN INDEPENDENT NON-PROFIT CORPORATION THAT SUPPORTS THE INFORMING OF WELLESLEY CITIZENS WITH REGARDS TO TOWN CIVIC, CULTURAL, AND COMMUNITY MATTERS ON TWO LOCAL CABLE CHANNELS.

MISSION:

The goal of this organization is to preserve and protect endangered land resources from indiscriminate development, destruction or decay and which manage the utilization of renewable and nonrenewable resources to ensure ongoing availability. Included are conservation of the nations forests, rangeland, vegetation, deserts, wild and scenic rivers and other wilderness areas and open land spaces; and reestablishment of areas that have been devastated by destructive activities such as strip mining or other destructive activities.
