THROUGH THIS SERVICE, THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES ACCESS TO PREVIOUSLY UNAVAILABLE INFORMATION INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOCAL AND NATIONAL NEWSPAPERS, CURRENT PERIODICALS, AND SPECIAL PROGRAMS ADDRESSED TO THE INTERESTS OF THE AUDIENCE.
