THIS WILL BE ACCOMPLISHED BY FOCUSING ON EDUCATION AND SERVICES FOR PARENTS AND THEIR YOUNG CHILDREN, WICH AN AWARENESS OF THE SPECIAL CHALLENGES FACED BY FIRST-GENERATION IMMIGRANTS AND THOSE LIVING IN POVERTY.
