PROVIDES 104 UNITS OF SUBSIDIZED, LOW INCOME HOUSING FOR SENIOR CITIZENS. LOCATED AT ATLANTIC AVENUE AND CUMBERLAND STREET IN BROOKLYN, IT OFFERS SOCIAL AND RECREATIONAL SERVICES. FORTY SIX (46) OF ITS TENANTS ARE ENRICHED HOUSING PROGRAM RESIDENTS WHO REQUIRE SPECIAL ASSISTANCE AND FOOD SERVICE.
