SUPPORT INCLUDES PROVISION OF CANCER NAVIGATION SERVICES FOR ALL FAMILIES SEEKING CANCER CARE IN THE TMC, SUPPORT FOR FAMILIES TO CELEBRATE WHAT IS IMPORTANT TO THEM IN THE MIDST OF THE CANCER JOURNEY AND SHORT TERM TEMPORARY HOUSING TO OUT-OF-TOWN FAMILIES SEEKING CANCER CARE IN THE TMC.

TO ENABLE PLANNED PARENTHOOD ORGANIZATIONS TO OPTIMIZE THEIR USE OF HEALTH INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY TO ENHANCE CLINICAL QUALITY AND OPERATIONAL PRODUCTIVITY WHILE FULLY PARTICIPATING IN THE DELIVERY OF EVOLVING, NETWORKED HEALTH CARE.

FUND WILL SEEK TO SUPPORT UNITED SUPERMARKETS EMPLOYEES WHO NEED EMERGENCY FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE DUE TO UNEXPECTED CRISIS, HARDSHIP, OR DISASTER.
