WAS FORMED AS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT CORPORATION UNDER THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA IN AUGUST 2003, FOR THE PURPOSES OF PROVIDING A RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM FOR MEN LIVING WITH HIV AND WHO ARE AT RISK OF BECOMING HOMELESS CONTAINING 8 RENTAL UNITS KNOWN AS CASA SAN JOSE LOCATED IN SARASOTA, FLORIDA.
