TO OWN AND OPERATE A RENTAL HOUSING PROPERTY FOR LOW-INCOME ELDERLY PERSONS UNDER SECTION 202 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT.

The goal of this organization is to serve the interests of the community as a whole and provide services which meet the needs of people who own or rent apartments, condominiums, townhomes, mobile home parks or other housing complexes who are their members.

THE ASSOCIATION OWNS AND MAINTAINS LAKE AND PARK AREAS COVERING 73 ACRES LOCATED IN ONTARIO, CALIFORNIA. THE PARK AND LAKE AREAS ARE ACCESSIBLE TO RESIDENTS IN THE SURROUNDING RESIDENTIAL AREAS ON AN UNRESTRICTED BASIS. AMONG THE GENERAL PURPOSES OF THE ASSOCIATION IS TO PROMOTE THE COMMON GOOD, HEALTH, SAFETY, AND GENERAL WELFARE OF THE COMMUNITY. NO GRANTS ARE PROVIDED TO OTHERS.

TO PROVIDE AFFORDABLE HOUSING TO INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE AGE 62 OR OLDER OR DISABLED/HANDICAPPED.

The goal of this organization are the residential options exclusively for older adults who want to have a simpler, maintenance-free lifestyle and enjoy the company of peers with common interests, or who require a moderate amount of support in the activities of daily living to maintain independent living.

TO PROVIDE PERMANENT HOUSING FOR UP TO 5 INDIVIDUALS DIAGNOSED WITH MENTAL ILLNESS IN A SHARED LIVING SITUATION.

The goal of this organization is to provide home purchase or construction loans; finance new living accommodations; or pay current housing and/or utility bills for people who cannot afford to make the payments themselves and who qualify for this service on the basis of need or income.

SPRINGFIELD SUPPORTED HOUSING PROGRAM IS TO BE A PERSON CENTERED PROGRAM PROVIDING RESOURCES TOWARDS SAFE, STABLE, AND AFFORDABLE HOUSING OPTIONS WHILE COLLABORATING WITH COMMUNITY PARTNERS ON ALL ASPECTS OF HOUSING INSTABILITY.
